A few days after the broadcast announced the concert.

“Su-hyun, it’s been a while.”

I met Park Kang-seok after a long time.

Well, it wasn’t a personal meeting; it was for work, and Park Kang-seok came to pick me up.

At the ad location, I met the person in charge from the cosmetic company's headquarters and a photo journalist.

“Have you ever used our products?”

For the ad shoot, I just needed to act as if I were applying the cosmetic products, keeping my current makeup as it was.

Since my makeup was done well according to my skin type at a high-end place, the brand didn’t need to have me wipe it off and redo it.

With tons of cosmetic products laid out, I shot the ad according to the script.

Holding the products, I smiled at the camera, threw in a wink, and pretended to apply the products.

A part of me wondered if this counted as misleading advertising, but since the brand is reputable, I heard it’s acceptable.

Is this merely a formality in advertising?

To put it plainly, it's similar to the advertisers purchasing my face and popularity.

What I shot would eventually air for a brief time, and once the contract ends, they’d likely replace me with another celebrity.

“Thank you for your hard work!”

The shoot wrapped up quickly.

Seeing how efficiently the shoot finished compared to the paycheck made me understand why celebrities shoot so many ads.

“Here! Take this with you.”

As I left, the staff from the company gave me their products as a formality prior to heading off.

This was just a fraction, and they mentioned they’d send more home.

“Thank you.”

I heard I’d be receiving quite a lot in sponsorship items, so I’d be worry-free about cosmetics for a while.

With the shoot completed, I hopped back into the car to head home.

I took a picture with the cosmetics clearly visible from the backseat of the car Park Kang-seok was driving.

Just posting this picture on my social media will complete my contract’s requirements.

I uploaded the photo to my Instagram, where I have noticeably more followers now, and leaned back against the car’s seat.

“So that’s it for today, right?”

I gazed out the window.

After going to Gangnam for the makeup and shoot, it was still early afternoon.

During filming for the drama, it was quite exhausting.

Now that I've gained some fame, the fruits seem so sweet.

It’s so sweet I worry it might rot my teeth.
