◯ Shāla

Guild Master of the Adventurers’ Guild in the Imperial Capital Paramitia. In reality, she oversees all the Adventurers’ Guilds in the Empire, and she’s a remarkable elf with light green hair.

Her true strength is unknown, but according to Lewis, she’s terrifyingly unfeeling, which rather proves her to be a formidable force, said to be at least stronger than Shuvina’s mother, Cecile.

Once, she was partied up with Void, the Guild Master of the Valentine Duchy, but due to racial differences, the other members retired from adventuring, and the party disbanded.

However, they still exchange letters regularly, and in those letters, she wrote happily about Lewis, so she remembered him well.

◯ Lushé

Vice Guild Master of the Adventurers’ Guild in the Imperial Capital Paramitia. She has brown hair tied back and exudes a very competent vibe.

She was in charge of judging Lewis and Fiera’s SS rank promotion exam.

In fact, she is a childhood friend of Olga, the leader of the Black Lion’s Judgment, and Rai, a senior member. Originally the daughter of merchants, she became an orphan when her parents were caught up in a monster attack.

Concerned about a friend in the Town of Adonia regarding monster rampages, he learned that Lewis and Fiera saved the town, and since then has taken an interest in the two.

The clan’s motto is “Smile When You Die,” where both the dying and those who send them off decide to part with smiles.

It seems that he recently has a woman he’s interested in, but being inexperienced in romance, he often consults his best friend, Rai.

◯ Rai

One of the SS rank clan members in the Black Lion’s Judgment. He has gray hair, sickly pale skin, and blood-red eyes—a half-demon and half-human.

A strong SS rank individual, he has previously bested Fiera in battle.

He uses a unique fighting style called dream combat, which piqued Lewis’s interest.

A war orphan from the same Town of Adonia, he was despised due to his half-demon heritage and endured violence, only to be saved by Olga at that time.

Later, Olga gathered similarly situated children to form a small organization, which eventually transformed into the Black Lion’s Judgment.

Rai has known Lushé since childhood; both he and Olga, who were bad at calculations, were always supported by her.

He’s aware of Lushé’s feelings but hesitates to advance due to his half-demon status.

It seems childhood persecution has left him traumatized, worrying that his child might also suffer.

However, hearing about Olga’s romantic troubles every day, he’s recently started to think about trying a little harder himself.

Town of Carirro

◯ Naguraia

Clan leader of the A rank clan, Poisonous Snake’s Claw. A woman in her forties with green hair, sun-tanned brown skin, and a large scar over her left eye.

Once a criminal organization thief, she was told by the guild master of the Carirro Town to guard them in exchange for clan recognition, and she agreed half-heartedly.

Later, she partnered with that guild master to get involved in human trafficking, but her clan crumbled overnight at Lewis’s hands.

She used a rare weapon called a folding blade, but it was pointed out by Lewis that it did not suit her fighting style, leading to her defeat.

Under Lewis’s orders, she took her former comrades to Saramāju but somehow avoided escape from Lewis’s large-scale magic.

She is now missing.

◯ Itchī

A lower member of the A rank clan, Poisonous Snake’s Claw. The only other named clan member besides Naguraia, recognizable by his yellow crest-like hairstyle.

In fact, the three other men with the same hairstyle were brothers named Zippo, Satchun, and Shitan.

By the way, the only leader-looking man is not a brother but a neighbor from the same village named Terun, who took care of the four brothers since they were kids.

Despite being the only named subordinate, his death was incredibly anticlimactic, ending his life without even being noticed by Miria, the one who killed him.

◯ Ronī

Current guild master of the Town of Carirro, a hamster beastman man.

He discovered that the former guild master conspired with Poisonous Snake’s Claw and the town’s knights to sell illegal slaves and planned to report it to the guild in the capital but ended up captured.

Originally, he was supposed to be delivered to Saramāju to be made into a war tool but was saved by Iris, thus preserving his life.

His favorite food is sunflower seeds, and he always carries processed sunflower seeds as a snack.

Lawless Nation Saramāju

◯ Rogurando Ruzenia

The former first prince of the Ruzenia Empire and uncle to Sharueina.

Since childhood, he excelled in martial arts, magic, and studies, leading to a strong ambition.

He was meant to ascend to the throne as the first prince, but the previous emperor saw through his dangerous ambition and ceded the throne to his brother, the current emperor.

At first, he felt dissatisfaction about this but gradually accepted reality as time passed and his mind calmed.

Above all, he found his niece Sharueina to be adorable and felt pity for her struggles despite sharing similar talents, wanting to be there to understand her.

However, he was approached by an organization known as the Gathering of Demons, which amplified the hidden desires he cultivated, leading him to rebellion.

Later, after his rebellion failed and he was executed, he made a pact with the demon and fled to Saramāju, where he fought against the complete mental domination of the demon until he was killed by Sharueina.

In the end, he trained Sharueina until she could kill him, ultimately meeting his long-awaited end at her hands.

◯ Fūshiru

An SS rank monster, descendant of the Wind Dragon, and a male from the Dragon Kin tribe.

Still one of the younger ones in the Dragon Kin, he has an arrogant nature, often looking down on other races.

Thus, when he first met Lewis, he mocked him for being human but was crushed and defeated once they fought.

Subsequently, he underwent merciless torture from Lewis to extract information but, due to his pride, could not relay the information straightforwardly, suffering needlessly by his own fault.

Moreover, he had the misfortune of being completely seen by Wilhelm of the Demon Race during his disgraceful episode, earning the dishonorable title of “pathetic lizard.”

Even now, he remains terrified of Lewis, and the sight of him suddenly appearing makes his voice crack—a little secret, of course.

Town of Alphis

◯ Asento and His Companions

Adventurers who took on a request to subdue a thief in the Town of Alphis together with Fiera and others.

As a veteran adventurer, he was tasked with leading the party but found it hard to shine this time as the younger members like Fiera and Rick stole the show.

By the way, when a thief that Fiera had smacked away came flying towards them, he couldn’t help but let out a pathetic cry of surprise and fear, “Whoa, what?!”

In truth, the village was managed by assassins from the Clan Kingdom, who lured unsuspecting adventurers into their midst and put them to sleep with sleeping pills.

The village chief, held hostage by his grandson, could not defy them and unwillingly became complicit in their evil deeds.

◯ Helen (Mashuri)

The granddaughter of the village chief in the Village of Yanbaru. A pale girl whose lack of vitality showed she was far from healthy.

After being told by her grandfather to prepare a meal, she served it to Kamael and his companions.

However, she was secretly one of the assassins managing this village and its leader.

She thought she had lulled Kamael into sleep with drugs, but she was actually uncovered by Kamael, only rolling with him from the start.

Ultimately, as she was tortured by Kamael, she swore loyalty to him via some magic and has now turned into a handy pawn.

Clan Kingdom

◯ The King

Nameless king, who, driven by his lust for power, prepared to wage war against the Ruzenia Empire in alliance with Saramāju, only to be effortlessly thwarted by Kamael’s infiltration.

He waited for Kamael with strong guards, confident, but ended up being instantaneously dispatched with just a single step he took and bathed in the blood of his comrades.

In the end, Kamael mercilessly beheaded him, leaving his body propped up in the throne room without any cleanup.

◯ Sajibel Tūgnā

Commander of the Knight Order of the Clan Kingdom. As expected of a knight commander, he possesses decent swordsmanship.

But this time he met his match.

He became a mere practice partner for Sonia, who was studying close combat, and ultimately got blasted away by her gravity magic, ending up devoured by a cat created by Dōna alongside his subordinates.

Fortunately for him, Dōna was instructed not to kill, so he survived and was later taken to Saramāju by Lewis’s order.

◯ Harlan

Head of the Mage Corps in the Clan Kingdom. As the head mage, he was a reasonable powerhouse using a wide array of magic.

Yet again, this time, he picked the wrong opponent.

Having learned new techniques from Lewis, Fiera sent all his magic back at him, causing him humiliation as he took damage from his own spell.

In the end, he was flung into the royal castle with a blow from Fiera, later used as a tool to urge Kamael into action.

Afterward, he was captured by Mashuri and taken to Saramāju along with Sajibel and others.

◯ Mercenary

Nameless mercenary. Hired by the king of the Clan Kingdom, he anticipated facing powerful opponents in war, but was disposed of before his dream could be realized.

He was said to have defeated an SS rank adventurer in the past, but this time was simply too much for him.

As soon as he stepped closer to face Kamael, he was decapitated by Kamael’s scythe, that single step being his final one.

◯ Gadura & Harad

Twin demons who appeared in Saramāju. With the unique trait that they couldn’t die unless both were defeated simultaneously, they gave Iris and Miria a tough time.

The two are quite close and often share food, and when they first appeared, they were talking about splitting Iris and Miria in half.

◯ Lily

A mysterious figure who appeared in Iris’s mental world when she was dominated by Shudo’s magic.

Her name was casually named by Lewis, taken from Iris’s adventurer name.

She had her eyes covered with black cloth, but her aura and hair color resembled Iris’s.

Her true intentions are unclear, but she seems to protect Iris from Shudo’s brainwashing and cast magic to prevent future manipulation.

After Iris’s departure, she gazed at the light blue plate where Lewis was reflected, wishing for his desired tranquility.

◯ Mīze

A person who appeared in Miria’s mental world when she was under Shudo’s magical control.

Her name was also casually chosen by Lewis, deriving from Miria’s adventurer name.

Like Lily, she had her eyes covered with black cloth but bore a strong resemblance in aura and hair color.

Her intentions are unclear too, but she seems to protect Miria from Shudo’s brainwashing and cast magic to prevent future manipulation.

After Miria’s absence, she gazed at the light blue plate where Lewis was reflected, wishing for his eternal dreams to come true.
