I think romance is fine for a TS story but it just disgust me when I think about how an ugly man seduces a pretty girl by pretending to be another pretty girl. This completely disregards sexual barriers and the protagonist directly breaks into the girl’s sexual space. The most annoying part is that many authors try sugarcoat it in some flowery phenomenon where it all just “happened” somehow.
More than anything I dislike yuri because I am not good at visual imagery so I cannot visualize the scene given by the author with just slight details. So what I get when reading a book is the concept exerted by the author. So yuri just feels like lesbianism, and without visuals lesbianism just strike as an idea to me. And in my country same sex romance is treated as some wierdo disease. So as a person with a morality made by society the idea of yuri and yaoi just makes my head hurt out of frustration. I seriously had to take antidepressants to get rid of that OCD like state. Worse of it all was the fact that most of works were so good to the point I couldn’t drop them but Authors were all fluffy yuri obsessed hippies. I have no i dea why I said hippies
