“The Rome Treaty has approved our independence! From now on, Black people in South Africa will no longer be discriminated against! We declare the Republic of South Africa!”

“Long live the new South Africa!”

The Rome Treaty finally granted independence, limited to the northern Transvaal region, and the South African government, in turn, mobilized the military to lead the relocation of the remaining Black and White people to the south.

The White nation is located below; do not cross this line and establish your desired independent Black South African nation.

They initially formed a seemingly legitimate government called the Republic of South Africa.

However, one needs to have something to govern, don’t you think?

Even though there are intellectuals, having them establish a government doesn’t automatically create factories. It won’t increase public facilities either.

Most sensible Black technicians have moved down to the Republic of South Africa under the better policies implemented by the Rome Treaty, so there’s no reason for them to go to the Republic of South Africa.

They should just establish a real government and struggle on whatever land they have.

Naturally, the Republic of South Africa soon devolved into a lawless zone.

“Give us food!”

Just like how the Shilla city-states rampaged at the end of Unified Silla.

Just like the Japanese pirates rampaged during Japan’s Warring States period.

The Black only republic has turned into a complete lawless zone, creating a world far too liberating for the Black people.

The leadership aimed to transform the republic, originally only inhabited by Black individuals, into a free zone aiming for inclusivity for anyone regardless of whether they be White or Black, with favorable conditions for technicians. However, a country with nothing to offer could grant no benefits.

The law and order in the increasingly atrocious free zone began to catch the eyes of the Republic of South Africa.

The newly established South Africa provided numerous benefits under various treaties and generated job opportunities for the Black people wishing to remain.

At the very least, they experienced a life far better than the lawless free zone.

And following that, immigrants from Asia, who had fled from everything in the Kanto Republic, filled South Africa. Only then did the Black people who had hoped for independence wail.

Meanwhile, in Vietnam.
